Architectural Modifications

Looking to make any changes to the exterior of your home? Don’t forget to get approval first! You can find the ACC Request Form here or you can come by the HOA Office located in the Amenity Center during business hours to pick up a copy.

Exterior changes include but are not limited to house color, landscaping changes, sheds, roof color, fences, tree removal, basketball goals, above-ground pools, etc. Our Hennersby Hollow governing documents require that the Association approve all proposed architectural changes before any work is started.
