BUURT *NEW* Resident Portal
  • The VMS Homeowner Portal offers a user-friendly homeowner portal that will allow you to access your account balances and transaction history, process payments without fees and directly update your contact information. VMS also provides enhanced reporting and integration capabilities.
  • This account can be created with the User ID and temporary password included on the first mailed assessment statement.
  • Your User ID is your 6-digit account number found on the top of your account statement.
    • If you do not know your account number, please click HERE to request it. 
  • Once you've received your statement and temporary password, click HERE to access the VMS Homeowner Portal
In Person
  • If you would like to pay an assessment in person, you may bring a check or a money order to the Lifestyle Director, Joseph Cirlos, located in the amenity center.
  • Checks/Money orders will need to include your 6 digit account number and/or address.
  • Checks must be made payable to "Hennersby Hollow HOA"
Recurring Payments
  • To establish eligibility of recurring payment processing through Alliance Association Bank, please visit our webpage at www.ccmcnet.com/payment-options.
  • Select the state your community is in.
  • Under New Users, elect to Setup Account and follow the prompts as directed.
    • Please note there is no charge for election of recurring eCheck payments.
    • Before signing up for any recurring payments with the bank directly, please note:
      • If you establish recurring payments with Alliance Association Bank and your assessment changes, it will be necessary to update your payment with any noted changes to your assessment value. CCMC and Alliance Association Bank are not related companies. To comply with privacy laws, we do not share personal information.
  • When logging into the Alliance Association Bank website, you will be prompted to "add a property" after creating your user account. You will need the following information to complete this step for the first time:
    • Management Company ID (6675)
    • Association ID (604)
    • Your Property Account Number (XXXXXX)
    • Your 6-digit account number can be found on the top of your account statement.
      • If you do not know your account number, please click HERE to request it. 
One-time Electronic Check Payment
To make a one-time electronic payment, visit our webpage at: www.ccmcnet.com/payment-options
  • Select the state your community resides.
  • Under One Time Payment, select the eCheck or Debit/Credit Card icon and follow the prompts as directed.
  • The bank charges a $2.95 fee per transaction for use of one-time eCheck payment. Phone payments are not available.
  • You will need the following information to complete your payment:
    • Management Company ID (6675)
    • Association ID (601)
    • Your Property Account Number (XXXXXX)
      • Your 6 digit account number can be found on the top of your account statement. If you do not know your account number, please click HERE to request it. 
Pay by Mail & Multiple Accounts
  • When paying by mail or through your online bill payment service, it is imperative that separate checks and envelopes be used for each account.
  • Each check should also list the account number to ensure accurate application of funds. Your account number is 6 digits.
  • Please make sure you mail your coupon/statement stub with your payment.
  • Any payments that cannot be processed automatically by the payment processing service center will be processed by converting your paper check into an electronic check transaction.

Create Your Account
Visit buurt.ccmcnet.com and click the gray Sign Up button under the email and password fields, or select “Don’t have one yet? Sign Up,” located below the login optionsIf you don't have an email on file with the association, include your account number and property address when registering. Your account number is listed on your assessment statement.
Complete the short form and click "Create Account," or choose "Continue with Google" if your association account is linked to Gmail.
 
Pay and View Balance
This new portal allows you to set up single sign-on (SSO) with Western Alliance Bank (also known as Alliance Association Bank or AAB). With SSO, you can easily view your account balance and pay your assessment using a single account. Click the link below to access a step-by-step guide for enabling SSO and managing your payments.
 
View Compliance History
The portal will also allow you to view all compliance history for your property, including any closed or currently open compliance concerns or violations. Download the how-to guide below for detailed instructions on accessing your compliance details within the portal.
 
Access Community Documents
In the documents section of the portal, you can view all private, member-only documents for the association, including governing documents, financial reports, and meeting minutes.
