Clubhouse Rentals

 

Rental reservations will only be considered for Residents in Good Standing with the Hennersby Hollow HOA.

 

A “Resident in Good Standing” is defined as a resident who:

• Is current on Association assessments and fees
• Does not have unpaid fines on their account
• Does not currently have open property violations

The standard clubhouse rental includes a 6-hour reservation block, which must include all setup and cleanup time.

 

• Morning Rental: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Evening Rental: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

The Association reserves the right to deny or cancel any reservation request at its discretion. If an event occurs outside normal management hours or requires additional monitoring/security, additional staffing charges may apply.

• Rental includes use of the indoor clubhouse space only
• Maximum occupancy is 50 guests
• Usage of clubhouse tables and chairs is included at no additional cost
• The clubhouse includes access to the microwave and full refrigerator
• Rentals must be made at least 7 days in advance
• Reservations may only be made up to 60 days in advance
• Rental time includes setup and cleanup time
• All renters are responsible for cleaning the space and removing all decorations and trash after the event

 
Pool & Amenity Restrictions
Clubhouse rentals do NOT include:

• Pool access
• Lazy river access
• Pool deck or patio reservations
• Playground or other amenity reservations

Pool parties are not permitted.

 

Rental guests may not use the pool or other amenity areas during private clubhouse events.

 

Scheduled HOA lifestyle events, maintenance closures, or community programming may affect rental availability.

 
Rental Fee
The clubhouse rental fee is $300 per reservation block.

Hennersby Hollow HOA

 

Reservations are not considered complete or confirmed until payment and all required documents have been received by the HOA Office.
